Histofin Syrup
Histofin syrup contains the active substance ketotifen, an antihistamine with anti-allergic properties. The medication works by inhibiting inflammatory reactions caused by the release of allergy-related substances in the body and is used to manage various allergic conditions.

How to Use
- For oral use only.
- Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor.

- Children over 3 years: usual dose is 1 mg (1 teaspoon of 5 ml) twice daily.
- Not recommended for children under 3 years of age.
Warnings and Precautions
- Consult your doctor before use if you suffer from epilepsy.
- Contains sucrose and sorbitol; caution is advised in patients with sugar intolerance.
- Discontinue use and seek medical attention if severe skin reactions occur.
- Inform your doctor immediately if a seizure occurs.
- Possible side effects include hyperactivity, irritability, sleep disturbances, dizziness, dry mouth, drowsiness, and weight gain.
- Store below 30°C and use within 28 days after opening.
- Inform your doctor about all medicines you are taking to avoid drug interactions.
