Salbutamol 100 Mcg Inhaler

Mechanism of Action

Salbutamol relaxes the smooth muscles of all airways, from the trachea to the terminal bronchioles.

Salbutamol stimulates beta-2 receptors present in the bronchial musculature, causing them to relax and preventing the onset and worsening of asthma symptoms.

Therapeutic Indications

• It is used to treat breathing problems in people with asthma and similar conditions.

• Headache.
• Tremors.
• Muscle cramps.
• Fast or irregular heartbeats.
• Low potassium levels.
