Dosage and Administration

Azithromycin should be taken 1 hour before or 2 hours after a meal. The recommended dose for adults is 500mg once daily for 3 days. For children under 45kg, tablets or capsules are not recommended. Please consult your doctor or pharmacist before use to confirm the correct dosage.

Therapeutic Indications

• Chest, throat, or nose infections (such as bronchitis and pneumonia).
• Ear infections.
• Skin and soft tissue infections.
• Sexually transmitted infections.

Contraindications

• Allergy to Azithromycin or any of the ingredients of the medication.
• Severe liver or kidney issues.
• Severe heart conditions or irregular heartbeats.

Side Effects

• Difficulty breathing or swelling of the face or lips.
• Severe or prolonged diarrhea.
• Severe skin rash.
• Rapid heartbeat.

Warnings

• Avoid use if you have severe liver or kidney problems.
• Inform your doctor if you are taking other medications that may interact with this treatment.
• If severe side effects occur, stop taking the medication and consult your doctor immediately.

Store below 25°C, away from moisture and light. Keep out of reach of children.
