Miragel is an oral gel containing the active ingredient Miconazole (2%), used to treat fungal infections in the mouth and throat.

Miconazole (base) 2%

Dosage and Administration

• The gel should be used as directed by a doctor.
• Apply a small amount of gel to the affected area 4 times daily after meals.
• The gel should not be swallowed immediately; keep it in the mouth as long as possible before swallowing.

Indications

• Used to treat fungal infections in the mouth and throat (oral thrush).

Contraindications

• Do not use if allergic to Miconazole or any other ingredients in the medication.

Side Effects

• Local irritation in the mouth or throat.
• Nausea or vomiting.
• Altered taste sensation.

Warnings

• Consult a doctor if pregnant or breastfeeding.
• Avoid contact with the eyes.

Store below 25°C, away from moisture and light.
