Lactonic 1 Infant Formula is designed to provide comprehensive nutrition for infants from birth to 6 months. It includes essential nutrients to support mental and visual development, boost the immune system, and stimulate overall growth.

Infant Flatulence

Infants often swallow air during feeding and daily activities, which can lead to gas buildup, bloating, and discomfort. This can occur when they are eating, sucking a pacifier, or even crying.

Advice to Minimize Gas Trapping

• Feeding position: Keep your baby's head higher than their stomach during feeding to help milk go down and air come up. A 45-degree angle is ideal.
• Burping: After feeding, gently burp your baby by placing them on your shoulder and patting their upper back.
• Switch feeding bottles: Use a bottle with a slow-flow nipple or a wide neck to reduce air intake.
• Medications: Over-the-counter medications that absorb gas can be used under the supervision of a doctor or pharmacist.

How to Use

• Sterilize all utensils according to the manufacturer's guidelines.
• Fill the bottle with the correct amount of boiled water that has cooled down to about 40°C.
• Add the indicated amount of Lactonic 1 to the corresponding amount of water.
• Cap the bottle and shake well until the powder is dissolved.
• Cool under running tap water, and test the temperature on the inside of your wrist.
• To make 100 ml of Lactonic, add 3 level scoops of powder to 90 ml of water.

Caution & Warnings

• Discard any unfinished milk after feeding and thoroughly wash the bottle and teat.
• Store Lactonic in a cool, dry, and dark place (not in the refrigerator). After opening, Lactonic can be kept for up to 4 weeks.
• Consult your doctor before giving your baby any over-the-counter medications for gas relief.
