Extended-release tablets containing sitagliptin with extended-release metformin hydrochloride, used with diet and exercise to improve blood sugar control in adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
Indications for Use
- Improving glycemic control in adults with type 2 diabetes as an adjunct to diet and exercise.
- Not indicated for type 1 diabetes or diabetic ketoacidosis.

- Stop the medicine and contact a doctor immediately if pancreatitis is suspected (severe upper abdominal pain that may radiate to the back with nausea/vomiting).
- Tell your doctor about all medicines and before any contrast imaging procedures or surgery.
