Flazol contains the active ingredient Metronidazole at a concentration of 500 mg, used to treat bacterial and parasitic infections.

What is Metronidazole and what is it used for:

Metronidazole is an antibiotic used to treat a variety of bacterial and parasitic infections.

Therapeutic Indications of Flazol:

• Treatment of bacterial infections in the stomach and intestines.
• Treatment of bacterial infections in the genital tract.
• Treatment of bacterial infections in the skin, joints, and respiratory system.
• Treatment of certain parasitic infections such as giardiasis and amebiasis.

Possible Side Effects:

• Nausea and vomiting.
• Diarrhea.
• Stomach pain.
• Metallic taste in the mouth.
• Headache.
• Dizziness.
• Changes in urine color.

Warnings and Precautions:

• Do not use Flazol if you are allergic to metronidazole or any of its components.
• Avoid alcohol during treatment with Flazol and for 48 hours after completing the treatment to avoid adverse reactions.
• Inform your doctor if you have liver or kidney diseases.
• Consult your doctor before using Flazol if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

• Store below 25°C.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Do not use the medication after the expiry date.
