How to Use

Dissolve 5 g of tea in 100 ml of freshly boiled lukewarm water or milk. Use twice daily, preferably 30 minutes before bedtime. Always use freshly prepared tea, cooled to body temperature. Do not add sugar.

Caution & Warnings

Store in a dry place at a temperature below 25°C. Keep out of reach of children. Shake the container gently if clumping occurs. This product contains no artificial colors, flavors, preservatives, gluten, or milk proteins.
