Betnovate-N Ointment for Skin Inflammation 30 gm
Description
Betnovate-N Ointment combines Betamethasone Valerate 0.1% (a corticosteroid) and Neomycin Sulfate 0.5% (an antibiotic), offering effective relief for inflammatory skin conditions with a risk of bacterial infection. Indicated for eczema, allergic dermatitis, prurigo nodularis, insect bites, otitis externa, and intertrigo.
How to Use
Apply a thin layer to the affected area once or twice daily as prescribed. Recommended for short-term use up to 7 days unless directed otherwise by your doctor.
Warnings
- For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes, mouth, and mucous membranes.
- Do not use on children under 2 years old.
- Avoid prolonged use over large areas or under occlusive dressings.
- Discontinue if allergic reactions occur such as itching, rash, or redness.
- Not suitable for fungal, viral, or acne-related skin conditions unless advised by a doctor.
